Biography
Bill Gates or his real name William Henry Gates III
was born in Seattle , Washington on 28 October 1955 . He is one of the most
richest people in this world . He is the principal founder of Microsoft which
became the world’s largest software company . During his career , he was the
largest individual shareholder in that company who held the position of
chairman , CEO and also chief software architect . After he has retired from working full time
at Microsoft , he has focused on working with The Bill And Melinda Gates
Foundation which is his charitable foundation .
Gates are known as the best entrepreneurs of the
personal computer revolution . He stepped down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
of Microsoft , remained as chairman and have been created a position for
himself , which named Chief Software Architect . After retired , he transferred
his duties of Chief Software Architect to Ray Ozzie and position of Chief
Research and Strategy Officer to Craig Mundie.

Bill Gates proactive attitude allow him to establish
a Microsoft Corporation company . This company release the software for
computer equipment such as Microsoft Windows , Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
Office which are very required for all people nowadays . Gates knows world
markets now is depend on the use of technology and the internet to do business
and daily work . He takes this chance and build Microsoft Corporation . His
proactivity has successfully dominate the world markets . Now , all computer
users will use this products to complete their daily tasks . He also always
make improvement to the products from time to time to fulfil the customers need

Before become a successful entrepreneur , Bill Gates
has faced many challenges . Firstly , Gates’ parents were not happy after he
said he wanted to end his study . He wants to open a company but at the same
time his parents said no . Because of his confidence , he has success in
starting a company in Mexico . He also took almost one year to convince his
parents . There was also when the Microsoft first opened , people all over the
world stop buying his products for a moment . When that thing happen , he got
less money . But then , he became successful again .

Bill Gates is one of many entrepreneur which can
classified as a very good example of the outcome oriented entrepreneur . In
order to choose employees , he prefer to hire a lazy person to do all of the
hard jab because they will find an easy way to complete it . He also prefer a
person who always do a last minute work because they also will find the fastest
and simplest way to do their job . This reasons show that he cares about the
results compare to the process . Even he has been kick out from his university
, he still can manage himself until become the richest person in the world.

Bill Gates is a person who always have a vision. He
create goals to make sure his business successful. Bill Gates is the man who built Microsoft
from nothing – he created the single most influential technology company of our
modern age, and it made him so wealthy that he is able today to focus on
eradicating various diseases that have killed millions. Some people see him as
a visionary who sparked a computer revolution. Microsoft software still
dominates the desktop more than 30 years after Gates helped launched the
personal computer. Bill Gates has his own strategic acting, powerful
partnerships and ferocious tenacity. Microsoft's constant prattle about
‘innovation’ never masked its remarkable inability to deliver innovation in
ways customers might actually want.

always motivating his employees. He managed the company to keep on going thus
make a Microsoft as one of the largest company in world. He always taught his
staff to do their work. He remembered all staff name and it can close their
relationship. Gates share his vision to all his staff. Gates took the time to
