INTRODUCTION




The word “entrepreneur” is from France word “entreprendre” which meaning trying. Definition of entrepreneur so wide and it is depends on individual. Entrepreneurs are innovators, willing to take a risk and generate new idea to create something unique. The different between entrepreneur and entrepreneurship is a person who willing to launch a new venture and accept full responsibility for the outcomes while entrepreneurship is moving resources from an area when they relatively undervalued to an area where they have greater value.

There are many successful entrepreneurs in this world. They are doing many kind of business such as technology industries, food and restaurant and modern technologies. The examples of well–known entrepreneurs are Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Fred Smith and Howard Schultz. These entrepreneurs are most famous and become inspiration to all people in this world. It is not easy to become a successful entrepreneur. They must go through the challenges and must have the traits to become more successfully. For example, networked, open risk taker, observant, visionary, failure is an option, open culture, outcome oriented, team oriented and proactive.
